Being raised by a German mother and an Italian father has allowed me to experience the richness of two distinct cultures.
After my childhood in Dortmund and Portofino I have gained extensive expertise in Michelin restaurants across the world. I have had the honor of twice being recognized with a Michelin star for my cooking.
My German heritage is evident in my attention to detail and precision, while my Italian roots shine through my unwavering love and passion for working with the finest ingredients to craft the most memorable dishes.
Nurtured by my father, Federico Schiaffino, a celebrated artist, my creative side has always been stimulated, and I now strive to reflect his influence on my plates. Every dish I create is infused with a philosophy and an idea, and I am eager to share this unique experience with you.
